HOW TO CHECK YOUR VERSION: On your SR1 controller, press the knob and navigate to Info. If your SW version displays 1.2.3, your system is up to date.

How to update SR1
01. Push the knob on the controller
02. Navigate from Main menu → Info
03. Navigate from Info → MSC upgrade
04. Push knob to enter USB drive mode. The USB drive will appear as a removable storage device on your computer.
05. Download the software to your computer.
06. Copy the update.zip file to the mass storage.
- Do not rename the update file. It must be named update.zip for the update to work.
07. Navigate to ‘Yes’ using the knob and press to initiate upgrade.
08. No further action is required. The device will reboot automatically several times during the update process.
- Do not disconnect the device from the power source while the update is in progress.
09. At the end of the update, the controller will automatically return to the home screen.
